If you are missing class, here is a form where you can tell us!

• Assignment extension form to request an assignment extension that does not count against flex days under exceptional circumstances
• Regrade request form to be submitted within 72 hours of grade post if you think we have graded something wrong
• Excused absence form. To request an excused absence from lecture or discussion
• Lecture make-up form. This will be almost never used! This is for lectures that are missed which we haven’t excused. Talk to a TA before doing this form
